Buying goods from China presents a great opportunity to save a significant amount of money, especially if you have a business and you’re going to purchase in bulk.

If you’re looking for home decoration and building materials for your home, office, apartment complex, hotel, restaurant, bar, nightclub, retail store, or whatever business you have, then you need to know about a city in China called Foshan.

Foshan, in southern China, is about 40 kilometers from Guangzhou. It’s China’s center of furniture production with more than 3,000 factories. Foshan is where you can buy interior finishing and decoration materials for use in any construction project of any kind, whether they’re for residential or commercial establishments.

Prices are a good reflection of the quality of Foshan building materials and decorative materials. There shouldn’t be  problems with quality if you transact only with trusted Chinese suppliers and sourcing agents.

Be aware that not all of the showrooms in shopping malls are actual factories. Some are resellers only that are connected with different factories.

The markets are located 10 to 30 minutes away from Foshan city center. They are situated near each other, and it only takes 10-15 minutes to get from one to another.

China Ceramics City (CCC) is a large-scale building materials market featuring sanitary wares and ceramic tiles. It is a five-storey building with an area of 53,000 square meters.

Since it caters mainly to the high-end market, what you’ll see inside CCC are big brands with higher prices and higher quality than other markets. Combining trading, exhibition, and business services, CCC houses more than 200 famous local and international brands. Product categories that you can find here are ceramic tiles, sanitary wares, tap & fitting, mosaic, and other products.

On the ground floor are toilets, bathtubs, bathroom cabinets, sinks, mixer taps, and bathroom accessories. The second and third floors have outdoor and indoor tiles, and indoor and outdoor natural and artificial stones. Sanitary wares, hot tubs, shower units, and bathroom cabinets are on the fourth floor. You’ll find mosaics and accessories for finishing on the fifth floor.

There’s a massive selection of products in different price ranges, but the target markets are the middle, high, and luxury markets.  A lot of products are for household use with unique designs. Buyers here focus on design and style and don’t mind the higher prices. Compared to other markets, prices here tend to be very expensive but the products are of much higher quality.

China Ceramics City is an industry pioneer. Twice a year since 2002, it has been holding the China International Ceramic and Sanitaryware Fair Foshan, which has become one of the most prestigious and influential exhibitions for Chinese exports.

Remarks:Though most of the products are not cheap in ceramic city,there are still some suppliers can offer good price if you negotiate with them face to face.
