Thailand Tour on “the Belt and Road”

On August 18-19, China Ceramics City visited Thailand real estate and building materials markets together with brands inside CCC, including D.O.X, JNJ Mosaic, MING CI KU, LEDIN, LANKEE and T`cera, aiming to facilitate the direct communication between Chinese ceramic & bathroom brands and Thailand home builders, so as to realize the direct business of both sides with zero barriers.


Visit Thailand Home Builder Expo 2016


On the morning of August 18, Mr. Zhou Jun, the president of China Ceramics City Group, Ms. Yu Min, the vice president of China Ceramics City Group and Mr. Gao Yuan, general manager of China Ceramics City, together with Chinese delegation participated in the opening of Thailand Home Builder Expo 2016. On the occasion, leaders from Commerce Ministry of Thailand and Home Builder Association warmly received the Chinese delegation. After the ceremony, Chinese delegation visited the fair, trying their best to grasp the chance to build up relation with Thai customers.

 


Thailand-China Building Ceramics Supplier Chain Forum

 


Besides, the Chinese delegation also participated in Thailand-China Building Ceramics Supply Chain Forum on the afternoon of August 18. In the forum, all the suppliers from delegation had introduced their companies and products in details, and had in-depth communications with Thai home builders regarding on their demands and requirements, seeking business in win-win. That’s just one of the main purposes of the Thailand Trip.


Thailand Real Estate Projects Visit

 


On August 19, the Chinese delegation visited Fragant Project, which is a high-end real estate developer with core brand value of Health, Green and Innovation. Till now, it has developed 9 high-end apartment projects in Bangkok downtown and Pattaya. Plus, it also launched a series of holiday village in Pattaya hand in hand with Six Senses EVASON, which is one of the top 10 luxury hotel and resorts groups. Last but not least, the Chinese delegation also visited villa project of THE ROYAL TIER. As the top trade window of Ceramic and bathroom industry, China Ceramics City is always the head of the sector, presenting the up to date products to public. Indeed, the huge demand of building materials from Thailand market reflects a great business opportunity for the Chinese suppliers.


Thailand Building Materials Marketplace Visit


In the Thailand trip, Chinese delegation took HOME PRO and BOONTHAWORN as the last station, which were the integrated chain marketplaces of building materials. Retailing in Thailand is extremely developed, so the integrated malls become the major sales channel of building materials including coating, tile, bathroom products and wood floor etc. It is not hard for us to realize that Thai people pursue diversified internal function and innovative external design in the modern Thai architecture. Therefore, the green, energy-saving, functional and innovative products shall be hot in Thailand, and most brands inside China Ceramics City are mainly green. China Ceramics City shall be the perfect matching of Thailand market.

With insight into Thai real estate detailed demands of building materials, the participated enterprises all achieved a fruitful result in this Thailand investigation, which finally drew to a successful end.

 

As the core of ASEAN, Thailand borders on Burma, Laos and Cambodia, south meets Malaysia. It is the second largest economy of Southeast Asia. Therefore, Thailand becomes a well-reasoned bridgehead of the ASEAN market for China ceramics and bathroom suppliers.
