When thinking of expanding space and increasing utilization in limited square footage, the balcony is often the area that receives the most attention. - Convert the balcony into a bedroom and leisure area by placing a small bed. Ensure proper insulation below the balcony window with rock wool for a cozy atmosphere.

- Create a bright and airy study area with a small desk, bookshelf, and a touch of greenery.

- Transform the balcony into a multifunctional laundry room by separating washing and drying areas. Utilize the corner for storage of infrequently used items.
